　　(1) Board design:

　　According to the drawings provided by the design institute, our company will carry out layout design to determine the installation direction of the board, the length and number of pieces of the board, and the number of accessories (brackets, plugs, self tapping screws, rivets, sealing paste or sealing strips). The node details related to the roof panel mainly include: ridge nodes, eaves nodes, parapet nodes, door and window nodes, and are also related to the size of each board. The installation direction of the board is against the dominant wind direction.

　　(2) Processing of color steel plates:

　　This project is a double slope roof, with a maximum length of about 33m for a single slope. The roof panels will be made on-site; The wall color steel plate, edge trimming, and flashing are processed and manufactured by the company before being transported to the site for installation

　　(3) Material entry and production:

　　A) Steel coil materials entering the site should be accompanied by an original factory material inspection certificate.

　　B) Inspect the specifications, dimensions, and thickness of finished color steel plates and purlins.

　　C) Inspect the specifications, dimensions, and thickness of various edge materials.

　　D) Inspect spare parts (brackets, plugs, self tapping screws, gaskets, sealing glue, etc.).

　　E) The appearance of color steel plate shall be free of drag marks, color spots, abrasion, distortion, pollution, color difference, warping, etc. of the surface facial mask layer.

　　(4) Stacking of color steel plates:

　　When the color steel plates enter the site, they should be stacked in the area designated by Party A. At the same time, Party B is responsible for the safety measures of this part of the materials, and the materials should be appropriately packaged to avoid damage.

　　Color steel plates must be stacked in batches and categories. If they cannot be used immediately, they should be neatly stacked and covered with canvas or adhesive tape.

　　Color steel plates are not allowed to deform, contaminate, or be soaked during stacking, and are not allowed to be damaged by external factors. When stacking on site, it should be placed overhead, with a height of about 60mm of cushion wood laid every 3m, and a slope of 1% should be maintained along the length direction; Different specifications of profiled boards should be stacked separately. When placing the profiled boards, when erecting or laying wooden pads, attention should be paid to lowering the ends of the boards to facilitate drainage and prevent water damage to the board surface; The length of the two ends should not exceed 1.5m; When stacking, attention should be paid to ensuring that the corrugated plates are consistent, and they should not be placed upside down or disorderly to avoid confusion (according to installation requirements for corrugated stacking). When stacking roof panels, the upper part should be covered with rain cloth to prevent rain.

　　(5) Transportation and stacking of color steel plates on the roof

　　The transportation of color steel plates on the roof is carried manually. The lifting personnel stand symmetrically on both sides of the plate, with a distance of about 5m between people. When lifting, it is required to maintain the stability of the plate to prevent distortion and deformation, and it is strictly prohibited to drag it on the purlins. After the color steel plate is lifted to the roof, immediately tie the roof panel to the purlins with nylon rope or thick brown rope. It is recommended to install it on the same day of lifting.

　　The lifting of roof color steel plates is carried out using a 16t truck crane, which requires careful handling and attention to the direction of placement to avoid misplacement.
